Meet Dr. Emily Mason

Emily is an orthopedic physical therapist who specializes in pelvic health. She helps adults struggling with a variety of pelvic health conditions including pelvic pain as well as bowel, bladder, and sexual dysfunction. She also enjoys working with prenatal and postpartum women to help them prepare for childbirth and optimize recovery.


Emily is new to the Livermore area. She has lived in Arizona for the past 15 years, earning her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology at The University of Arizona while playing NCAA division I golf.  After working through her own struggles with chronic low back pain, Emily wanted to help others persevere through injury and pain. She went on to earn her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Northern Arizona University.


Emily is a certified yoga instructor and enjoys integrating yoga and other mind-body techniques into her practice. She takes a holistic view during the healing process to help you find lasting relief.

Outside of the clinic, Emily is an avid member of the rock climbing community. She is looking forward to many trips out to Yosemite. She enjoys traveling immensely, even doing part of her clinical learning in Scotland (WOW!) She also enjoys cooking, and hiking with her husband and adorable puppy, Pippin.
