Here's what alums of the program have to say

Great birth prep class, with lots of valuable information ready to take home and more information sent via email. Being able to attend the 90 minute course and try some breathing and stretching techniques was exactly what I was looking for. Having the handouts to refer back to will be so helpful while I’m at home practicing all the new laboring techniques that were taught in class.

Super informative and relative birth course! There was important information for me but also for my husband. He couldn’t believe how much he learned just from one session! Definitely recommend!
